How we’re delivering better streets

Hounslow Highways has completed the first 12.5 years of the Highways Maintenance Project, working on behalf of the London Borough of Hounslow since 2013.

Our teams have been working hard to improve the appearance and quality of Hounslow’s streets. We manage and maintain the local roads, footpaths and street lighting across the borough, as well as providing other key services including street cleansing, winter maintenance and enforcement.

We love what we do and are proud of the difference our teams make. Located at Bridge Road in the heart of Hounslow, we manage approximately 40,000 enquiries a year, which definitely keeps us busy!

Our commitment to the borough is to work ‘cleaner and greener’. This means that we are actively working with the London Borough of Hounslow to improve cleanliness, work on initiatives to improve our carbon impact, and improve the green spaces in Hounslow – working in partnership with local people and community groups to re-wild and manage the verges differently.
